Legal Framework

The Governance of Our Digital Landscape.

By accessing FieldCraft, you acknowledge a commitment to fair play, data integrity, and the community-driven standards that define our technical ecosystem.

1. Access Readiness & Eligibility

To utilize FieldCraft’s suite of benchmarking tools and community hubs, you must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By navigating fieldcraft.site, you represent that you possess the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our service—including our "Field-Tested" datasets—without prior notice. Your continued presence in this digital forest constitutes acceptance of any evolving protocols we establish to maintain site performance and data security.

2. Intellectual Property & Field Rights

All proprietary code, bespoke haptic-feedback loop designs, and editorial "Field Notes" are the sole property of FieldCraft. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and interact with our content for personal, non-commercial research.

Allowed Use

Sharing links to performance benchmarks for educational or journalistic review.

Restricted Use

Scraping data for AI training or commercial mirroring without express written consent.

Our terms are built on the principles of transparency and technical honesty.

We prioritize user agency, respect for developer effort, and the uncompromising pursuit of mobile gaming excellence across the German market and beyond.

Conduct in the Field

Interaction within FieldCraft is governed by the "Field-Ready" checklist. We do not tolerate behavior that compromises the latency, stability, or community vibe of our ecosystems.

Users must not inject malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to our server architecture in Berlin, or harass other members of the community during live developer design sessions.

01

The Request

A user discovers a bottleneck in an app's framerate and attempts to share a patch publicly without notifying the original developer.

02

The Conflict

The redistribution violates intellectual property terms, leading to a temporary account suspension for the sharing party.

03

The Protocol

The user submits the findings via the proper 'Field Note' channel, protecting both their reputation and the developer's rights.

Usage Errors to Avoid

The "Scraping Shortcut"

Automating data collection from our input-latency maps. This stresses our mid-range server capacity and triggers an automatic IP block.

Inaccurate Performance QA

Submitting benchmark data tested under glare-heavy outdoor conditions without disclosing situational constraints. This degrades our data integrity.

Uncredited Brand Usage

Using the "Field-Ready" badge on an application that has not completed our official peer-review process.

Liability & Disclaimers

While we strive for technical perfection, "Field-tested" results may vary based on hardware RAM, thermal throttling, and local network congestion.

FieldCraft provides its services on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantees that our apps will perform identically on high-end flagship devices versus mid-range hardware common in the German countryside. To the maximum extent permitted by German law, FieldCraft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our technical recommendations.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved within the local courts of Berlin. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
